Kharkiv RJRC discussed ways to improve anti-corruption compliance in Ukraine

On April 29, 2021, a discussion "Anti-Corruption Compliance" with the participation of the Kharkiv Regional Justice Reform Council (RJRC) of the EU Project Pravo-Justice was held. The regional legal community had the opportunity to discuss with representatives of NABU and the NAPC Public Council the existing problems in preventing corruption in the activities of state and municipal enterprises, the authorities and to suggest ways to solve them.

International and Ukrainian experts, including representatives of the Regional Justice Reform Councils (RJRCs), discussed the benefits of a single administrative procedure, as well as the experience of its application in EU countries. The event was initiated by the EU Project Pravo-Justice together with the EU4PAR Project.
