PEOs provide much more efficient service to clients than their state-run counterparts

Private Enforcement Officers (PEOs) already provide much more efficient service to clients than their state-run counterparts.

Improvement of the regulatory conditions requires full equalisation of PEOs mandate with their state competitors, and is currently pending the last stage of consultation before the Parliament Justice / Legal Policy Committee.

“Emancipate the private enforcement profession, get more cases to compete with the state services, and continue your focus on client needs” said Dovydas Vitkauskas, Team Leader of the Project, during a discussion on how to ensure a more fair competition among PEOs.
