On July 18, 2018, an expert discussion on coordination of donor assistance in the implementation of the Justice Sector Reform Strategy and Action Plan 2015-2020 (JSRSAP), was held with the participation of Pravo-Justice international experts in the High Council of Justice.

At the meeting, the project's international expert, Eric Svanidze, presented the model of an electronic database, which enables to accumulate information about international assistance projects, their interaction with the justice sector bodies and institutions within the framework of the implementation of the JSRSAP.

During the discussion on the monitoring tool, issues of database administration, creation of a system of access of bodies and institutions, citizens to the specified information, technical issues of information processing through the system of open data, etc. were considered.

The High Council of Justice pays great attention to the issue of proper coordination and effective distribution of donor assistance. For this purpose, on June 13, 2017, the High Council of Justice established an International Advisory Council at the High Council of Justice.
